Public Cooking Classes are offered each month at Cookhouse in North Beach. At each class a group of 16 strangers are instructed on how to prepare a 5-course meal together. The class is followed by a communal dining experience with new friends. Check the black Upcoming Events box on the right for this month’s classes. Classes are $90 per person and are 3.5 hours long. Bottles of wine and beer are available for purchase at each class through Cookhouse, or you can BYO. Cookhouse charges a $10 corkage per bottle or 6-pack. **If you have outstanding gift certificates, please try to register for a class by June 2016. We will be switching ticketing agencies on July 1st, 2016 and it will be harder to use your certificates after we make the switch!

Cornflake Crusted Skillet Fried Chicken

Sautéed Summer Squash, Zucchini and Sugar Snap Peas with Country Ham and Fresh Herbs

Individual Peach & Brown Sugar Upside-Down Cakes with Bourbon-Blackberry Compote and Vanilla Ice Cream
