The City Kitchen is featured in the July/August issue of CA Home + Design Magazine, shot at Cookhouse in North Beach. I had the chance to teach a group of very stylish, internet savvy women how to make lunch with lots of local ingredients. The menu included Pan-Seared Halibut Cheeks over Smoked Corn, English Pea and Pancetta Risotto with Salsa Verde and Almond-Mascarpone Tartlets with Bing Cherries in Red Wine Syrup.
